About Me.
I specialise in sports science, injury rehabilitation, and performance coaching. With a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and an MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine, I combine academic knowledge with hands-on experience to provide evidence-based, personalised solutions for every client.

I help people of all levels—whether you’re recovering from an acute injury, managing a longer-term condition, or aiming to improve your fitness and performance. My approach blends advanced training in sports injury therapy, dry needling, osteopathic techniques, and exercise prescription to restore movement, strength, and confidence.

As a qualified Personal Trainer and Hyrox coach, I also work with clients to optimise performance, improve biomechanics, and achieve their fitness goals. I design training programmes that are safe, effective, and tailored to each individual, helping you move with more power, efficiency, and resilience.
I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients—from elite athletes to people looking to stay active and healthy.
Whether your focus is rehabilitation, movement improvement, or peak performance, I’m here to guide you every step of the way, providing support, expertise, and motivation to help you succeed.
